Mushroom Madness at The Mockingbird : Eat and Learn!

What does it include? MidAm Mushroom and The Mockingbird have teamed up to present an exciting event! MidAm Mycologist Thomas Lodge will present an “Introduction to Mushroom Cultivation at Home”. While you learn, you will be served a three-course gourmet meal, prepared by the chefs at The Mockingbird, with each course showcasing mushrooms and paired with perfectly selected wines. Everyone will leave with a Lions Mane Countertop Kit to grow at home - and all the knowledge to do so!
What should I bring? Pen and paper, if you’d like to take notes - and an appetite!

Second Course: Oyster Mushroom and Potato Soup (Vegetarian - contains butter and cream)
Third Course: BBQ Shredded Lion’s Mane Tacos (Vegan)
